WA: Independents could hold keys to parliament after Saturday
PERTH, Feb 7 AAP - Control of the next West Australian parliament could rest with independents
if, as many pollsters predict, Saturday's election ends in a hung result.
Three independents - two disaffected Liberals and an ex-Labor MP - are all expected to romp home.
Independent member for near-city seat of Churchlands, Liz Constable, said she would
lend support to a minority coalition government, but that did not mean it would be easy
