21 June 2011 - French online advertising group Tuto4PC plans to debut in July on Alternext, the tailor-made market for small and medium-sized entreprises (SMEs) of Euronext Paris.
The company hopes to raise EUR6m (USD8.6m) from its initial public offering (IPO). The proceeds will be used for the group's international expansion, mostly in Spain and Italy.

Tuto4PC will offer to the market 727,200 new shares at a price ranging between EUR7.44 and EUR9.08 per share.

The offer will start on 6 July, while the price of the shares will be fixed on 7 July.

Tuto4PC generated a revenue of EUR7.7m in 2010 and booked a net margin of nearly 30%. The company hopes to raise its sales to EUR30m by 2015.

Tuto4PC specialises mainly in selling ad spaces to Internet users.
